Lisa Brooks CIE

Lisa Brooks is a certified industrial ergonomist and has been an ergonomics, S&H practitioner for over 30 years. She is known for her passion and energy and has proven leadership abilities, and distinctive technical expertise in ergonomics, HOP, and fatal and serious injury & illness prevention. She led global HSE networks at ORCHSE Strategies and NSC for 8 years after spending 23 years in industry in various global safety and ergonomics leadership roles for GE, International Paper, and Alcoa

Scott Madar, CIH

Scott is an experienced occupational safety and health professional with over 30 years in state government, organized labor, and business consulting with Fortune 500 companies. He co-founded ORCHSE Strategies, LLC, and played a key role in the integration of its predecessor into the National Safety Council (NSC- Networks). Scott’s background includes working as an OSHA compliance officer, spending over a decade with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), and testifying before congressional subcommittees on transportation safety. He has served in various leadership roles related to occupational safety and health, including with the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Transportation Research Board. Scott holds a B.S. in biology from The College of William and Mary and an M.H.S. in industrial hygiene and safety sciences from The Johns Hopkins University. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and frequently teaches at George Washington University’s School of Public Health.

Frank Szopinski CIH, CSP

Frank is an HSE professional with over 30 years of global experience in corporate, site, and business unit operations. He holds a Master’s in Public Health and a Master in Business Administration. He has worked in various manufacturing industries including pharmaceutical, food and packaging. He is Certified as an Industrial Hygienist and Safety Professional. He is well-versed in HSE regulations across more than 20 countries and has significant experience in Asia Operations and EHS initiatives. He also brings an extensive background in HSE audit program management.
